Sage & Serene Counseling was founded on the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen and safe. I walk alongside clients as they rediscover their strength, process life’s pain, and move toward peace.   • Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring powerful emotional and physical changes. Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, coping with anxiety or mood shifts, or processing a difficult birth experience, therapy can provide a safe and understanding space. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I help mothers and parents navigate these transitions with compassion, balance, and renewed confidence in themselves and their journey.

  • Adolescence is a time of big emotions, identity shifts, and social pressures. I provide a space where teens can express themselves freely, develop healthy coping tools, and build confidence in who they are becoming. Through connection and understanding, I help adolescents manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors so they can move toward greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

  • Change — even positive change — can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re entering a new season of life, navigating loss, starting a new role, or feeling uncertain about what comes next, therapy can help you find clarity and stability. Together, we’ll explore your values, strengthen your coping skills, and help you move forward feeling grounded and capable.

  • Trauma can leave lasting imprints on the mind and body, but healing is possible. Using trauma-informed approaches and Brainspotting, I help clients process and release the emotional and physical effects of past experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Our work focuses on restoring a sense of safety, self-trust, and wholeness, allowing you to live more fully in the present.

  • Anxiety can feel exhausting and all-consuming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. Together, we’ll uncover the underlying patterns that keep you feeling stuck and develop strategies to calm both mind and body. Using mindfulness-based and brain-body techniques, I help clients find peace, confidence, and a greater sense of control over their thoughts and emotions.
